These Terms & Conditions govern your use of silverliningclinics.com operated by MOODRX LLC DBA Silver Lining Clinics ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

No clinician-patient relationship

Using this website does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and any Silver Lining Clinics therapist. A clinician-patient relationship begins only when you have completed intake on our patient portal (pm.moodrx.com) and had an initial session with a licensed therapist.

Information is not medical advice

All content on this site, articles, screening tools, guidance text, descriptions of therapy types, is provided for general educational purposes. It is not medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. It is not a diagnosis. Only a licensed clinician who has evaluated you directly can diagnose a mental-health condition or recommend a treatment plan.

Screening tools

Our GAD-7, PHQ-9, and PC-PTSD-5 screenings are informational self-assessment tools used widely in primary care. A score, or any text we display alongside a score, is not a diagnosis. If your symptoms concern you, please contact us or another licensed clinician.

Emergencies

This site is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, if you are thinking about hurting yourself, or if someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 (the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and confidential, 24/7) or go to your nearest emergency room.

Patient portal and billing

Patient scheduling, intake, and clinical records live on our patient portal at pm.moodrx.com. That portal has its own terms. Medicare coverage, deductibles, and coinsurance are governed by federal rules and your specific Medicare plan, the information on this site about Medicare Part B is general and may change year to year.

Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and other original content on this site are owned by MOODRX LLC unless otherwise noted. You may share links to pages. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content without written permission.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party sites including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Medicare.gov, and 988lifeline.org. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
