Silver Lining Clinics by MOODRX LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates silverliningclinics.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not describe how we handle Protected Health Information in your actual therapy sessions, that is governed by HIPAA and by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which your therapist will share with you when you become a patient.

What we collect on this website

This website is a static marketing site. We do not have an account system, forms, or server-side database for patient data. Patient scheduling and intake happen on our separate patient portal at pm.moodrx.com, which has its own privacy practices.

On silverliningclinics.com, we collect:

• Standard web analytics through Google Analytics 4: page views, approximate geography (country/region), device type, and referrer. We have IP anonymization enabled and we do not share this data with Google for advertising personalization.
• Event signals for clicks on CTAs such as "Book an appointment," phone numbers, and screening-tool "Start" buttons. These signals never include your name, email, or any health information.
• Screening tool interactions: our GAD-7, PHQ-9, and PTSD-5 screenings run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or any third party unless you specifically choose to email your results. We do send a Google Analytics event when a screening is completed indicating only the severity bucket (e.g. "mild"), never your specific answers, your score, or any identifying information.

What we do not collect on this website

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number on this site.
• We do not store your screening answers or scores.
• We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to data brokers.
• We do not place behavioral advertising tags (Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion, LinkedIn Insight, etc.) on this site.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (for example, _ga, _ga_<ID>) to measure unique visits. Our hosting (AWS Amplify) and CDN (Cloudflare) may set operational cookies required to serve the site securely. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still function.

How we share information

We share aggregated website analytics with Google (as the GA4 provider) under their standard terms. We do not sell website data. We will disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold. Because this website does not collect identifying information, requests about your website activity are limited in scope. Requests about your patient records are handled under HIPAA and should be directed to the clinic (863-320-2545).

Children

This website and our clinical services are for adults, generally seniors 65+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for a reasonable period.
